The official opening of Victory Healing Centers, Inc. was in August of ’05 with teams of ministers representing 8 different churches and multiple streams of training. To date, May 2010, over 400 people have received prayer with extraordinary evidence of physical and inner healings. Victory Healing Centers is fully functioning as a non-profit corporation recognized in Tennessee. Our mission is Kingdom Advancement through discipleship, totally apostolic, as His children get set free in every area of their lives. The picture, or vision, the Lord gave Scotti several years ago is of a wagon wheel with Jesus as the hub or center and different types of ministry as the spokes with the rim representing the market place needs. Jesus wants us to go outside the walls of the traditional church setting and meet the needs of the hurting local community, region, nation and the world. He has no boundary as this is a safe haven for all who choose freedom. There is no judgment or expectation except that the Holy Spirit will move to perform His will on every person involved be it those receiving prayer or those ministering. To the Lord Jesus Christ she gives all the honor and glory as we fulfill His Great Commission to preach the Gospel message that the Kingdom of heaven is here on this earth which means to heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, and drive out the demons.
