ABOUT THE FOUNDER/DIRECTOR OF VICTORY HEALING CENTERS, INC. Scotti Fortiner's heart for healing is a part of her DNA. So it was natural that she chose the nursing profession as a career that spanned from 1965 to 1987. A door opened to own her own business as a weight loss advisor with the Diet Centers, Inc. This became her stepping stone to destiny as ultimately she broke away from that franchise and formed Victory Weight Loss Center. Vice-President: Mei Ling Jordan Christopher Mei Ling’s heart beats to see people’s lives restored to wholeness. As the daughter of Fred and Willie Jordan, she grew up in the ministry, either working on their television program “Church in the Home”, being involved with events at the Fred Jordan Mission in Los Angeles, or working in their office. She would later work with Trinity Broadcasting Network and at The Church on the Way with Pastor Jack Hayford. Mei Ling was responsible for editing Pastor Jack’s early radio programs. Mei Ling attended LIFE Bible College for 2 ½ years, where she met her husband Charles. During these years she heard a prophetic word that God was calling her to a healing ministry, knowing that God desires people to walk free in body, soul and spirit. She obtained her nursing degree and now works in an administrative position where she is responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. Mei Ling has received training with Cleansing Stream Ministries, PowerHouse prophetic ministry, Sozo Ministries, Healing Rooms, Freedom Prayer, Theophostics and Randy Clark’s School of Ministry and Healing. The Lord brought Mei Ling and Scotti together in 2003 and has intertwined their lives and ministries since that time. Cas Kantosky - post humous board member Note from Lana: I wish there were some way to communicate to those who need healing Cas’ complete confidence in the Lord’s desire and willingness to heal all who ask. This confidence never wavered, even as he was stepping into the Father’s presence. All who were in the room that day experienced the Word become flesh and dwell among us; so much so that we were compelled to ‘shout the victory’, even in the face of physical death. It was one of the most comforting moments of my life. Cas Kantosky was a long-standing member and elder of Belmont Church, and my dear friend. Many people from all over the region have asked Cas to pray for their illness and they were healed. He loved to pray for people to be set free. He exuded the joy of the Lord in his own freedom. Cas and his wife Lana were members of Belmont's Sozo and Freedom Prayer teams and active with Sandy Powell's Prophetic Activations. Since I was a part of these same ministries we became aware of our like spirits and giftings. When the Lord laid Victory Healing Centers on my heart, I immediately talked with Cas about becoming a board member. Without a moments hesitation he said "yes", thus becoming my first official VHC Board member. Even after Cas was diagnosed with cancer he called one day and said, "I still want to be on your board." After a valiant fight, Cas went to be with the Lord in September of 2005. We honor him and esteem his blessing over us. Lana agrees that he is overseeing VHC from heaven. |
